MISSON
Extract and process ores in order to produce gold, continuously increasing RPM’s value and responding to the needs of sustainable development.
VISION
To convert ore resources to reserves that guarantees RPM’s Gold production until the year 2027. Apply the most appropriate techniques to production at RPM in order to achieve a better performance.
DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION
The large scale (of the) open pit mine of Rio Paracatu Mineração (RPM) is located less than 2 km to the north of Paracatu city, with about 83 thousand inhabitants, situated in the northwest part of Minas Gerais State.
